Interesting Menu Choice

Today my mother-in-law, Debbie, had hernia surgery. The surgery went well and she is home recovering and hopefully resting like she should. I was there with Rob's dad, Tom. After we found out that the surgery went well, we decided to go to the cafe' to get some lunch.

At the Grill, there were several options to choose from...hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled cheese, gardenburgers and the one that still has me scratching my head: a vegetarian chicken sandwich.

I am not quite sure how this is possible. Is the chicken that was killed for the sandwich a vegetarian? Is it a chicken sandwich with vegetables, minus the chicken? I almost ordered it out of curiosity, but decided on the hamburger instead.
